Your day starts here
Tell me what happened and I'll keep track for you.
No typing. No forms.
When your hands are full, just say what happened. Your tracker does the rest.
Your tracker uses your browser's local IndexedDB storage. Your logs are not stored on our server.
Free baby tracker in three taps
Made for the 3am feed: log everything without typing a single word. No app to download, no account to create — it runs right in your phone's browser.
- Tap the mic — or a quick-tap button. Hands full? Use your voice. Phone in reach? One tap logs it.
- Say what happened. “Baby nursed on the left for 15 minutes” or “wet diaper” — the tracker hears it and logs it for you.
- See your whole day. Feeds, diapers and naps are counted and timed automatically in your daily summary.

Is this baby tracker really free?
Yes. The MomYouNeedThis baby tracker is completely free — no account, no signup, no subscription. Open the page and start logging.
Do I need to download an app?
No. It runs right in your phone's browser — nothing to install, no app store, no updates. At 3am with a newborn, the fastest tracker is the one that's already open.
Where is my baby's data stored?
On your own device. Your logs are saved in your browser's local IndexedDB storage. Nothing is sent to our servers, and there is no cloud account holding your baby's information.
How do I log a feed with my voice?
Tap the microphone button and say what happened — for example, “Baby nursed on the left for 15 minutes” or “Baby drank 120 milliliters.” The tracker transcribes it and logs it. Prefer tapping? The quick-tap buttons log feeds, diapers, sleep and notes in one tap.
Can I log with my hands full?
Yes — that's exactly what voice logging is for. While nursing or holding your baby, just tap the microphone and say what happened. No typing, no forms, no fumbling with your phone one-handed.
Can I track naps and nighttime sleep?
Yes. Start the sleep timer when your baby falls asleep and end it when they wake. Naps are added to your daily summary automatically.
Can I back up my tracking data?
Yes. Use Export Backup to download your data as a file, and Import Backup to restore it on any device. You can delete everything at any time from settings.
